Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99 in the lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are excluded.
Grills ship by LTL freight on a pallet. The driver unloads with a liftgate and a pallet jack and places it at the curb. No signature is required.
The Bullseye and other small grills ship by ground, on your doorstep like any package.
The carrier calls to schedule. Take delivery within four business days of that call to avoid storage fees.
Accessories, rubs, and sauces can be expedited. Call for a quote. Grills cannot.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If the return is recteq's error, such as a defective or incorrect item, recteq pays the return shipping.
Otherwise shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee come out of the refund.
Cancel before shipment for a full refund. Call (706) 922-0890 to start a return.

recteq's limited warranty starts on the purchase date for the original owner and covers defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
It does not cover paint, the grill cover, or corrosion damage. Term details are listed on each grill's support page.
Buy direct and the grill registers itself to your account. Buy from a dealer and one phone call registers it.
The warranty is not transferable.
